Overview
The first volume of The Open Window was first published from 1910 to 1911.
Works published in the Journal covered a variety of themes and approached issues and topics from new or unexpected perspectives, shedding a different light onto the nature of humanity; they were often critical of traditional cultural and social ideals while not completely rejecting or condemning of those same traditions.
